The PADI Bubblemaker Programme is specifically designed for children from the age of 8 so that they too can experience the wonders of the undersea world whilst under the close supervision of one of Umbi Sharks Bay Diving Centre’s experienced PADI Instructors. The involvement of a parent or guardian is compulsory.
During the PADI Bubblemaker course your child will learn about Scuba diving equipment and how to use it. They will make one dive with our instructor up to a maximum depth of 2 metres in the safe area of our house reef. This is a great way to introduce kids to blowing bubbles in the Red Sea. The fish and corals are right there for them to enjoy too … much more fun than a swimming pool!
Please note that all parents / guardians and the student divers must complete the PADI Bubblemaker Statement and Medical Questionnaire prior to starting any course.
If a student has any of the medical conditions that are listed then signed clearance from a doctor experienced in diving medicine must be provided on check-in. This can also be arranged locally with the experienced diving doctors at the hyperbaric chamber here.
