PADI Nitrox Course
PADI Certification Fee € 35
PADI Specialty Manuals € 30
The PADI Nitrox Course provides you with knowledge on how to plan recreational dives using Enriched Air Nitrox (EAN). For recreational diving, this refers to a gas mixture with an oxygen concentration higher than the 21% found in air. 32% oxygen is the most common mix used. It is this higher oxygen percentage that that allows divers to lengthen their no-decompression limits. Additionally, it allows for shorter surface intervals between dives.
The PADI Nitrox Course can completed this with or without (*) dives. The non-diving option is the ideal way to spend your last non-diving day in Sharks Bay Umbi Diving Village – especially if lying on the beach is not your thing!
The course consists of knowledge development where you will learn why diving on Nitrox gives you a longer bottom time. You will also cover enriched air equipment considerations and how to analyse your tank.
If you choose to make the PADI Nitrox Course with the two dives then these dives can easily be done on our house reef, here at Sharks Bay Umbi Diving Village. Alternatively you can incorporate the PADI Nitrox Course into your daily dive package. It can also be completed on one of our Red Sea Liveaboards.
The PADI Enriched Air Nitrox course is one of our most popular specialty diving courses and will certainly help you to get the most out of your Red Sea holiday.
Once qualified you will get FREE NITROX in 12 ltr tanks for life when you dive with us.
