The situation regarding flights to Sharm el Sheikh is still constantly changing.

Much of the news is positive with many European countries now flying here direct. These countries include Austria, Belgium, Germany, Italy, Poland, Switzerland Turkey and Ukraine.

Sadly the UK has not changed its advice so UK airlines have now cancelled flights until after the summer of 2017.

The latest travel information, that we know of, is:

British Airway – “As a result of UK Government advice not to carry any further customers to Sharm el Sheikh, all British Airways flights to/from Sharm el Sheikh have been indefinitely suspended”.

EasyJet – No mention of Sharm el Sheikh on their website.

Edelweiss  – Flights cancelled until March 2017

Egypt Air – Daily flights from Cairo and direct flights from Hurghada on Thursday and Sunday.

ETI – Flights from Vienna starting 22 October. Package holidays only.

Germania  – Flights now from Dusseldorf and Munich every Monday

Jet Air – Flights now every Sunday and Tuesday from Brussels.

Meridiana – Flights from Milan every Thursday and Sunday. Flights from Rome every Sunday. Flights from Verona every Sunday.

Monarch Airlines – Cancelled all flights to Sharm el Sheikh for the foreseeable future.

Neos – Direct flights from Bologna, Milan, Rome and Verona

Pegasus Airlines – Three flights per week, Thursday | Saturday | Sunday via Istanbul.

Thomas Cook – Has taken the decision to cancel all holidays to Sharm el Sheikh flying on Thomas Cook Airlines until after the summer 2017.

Thomson – Thomson and First Choice have cancelled all flights up to and including 30 September 2017.

Turkish Airlines – Flights 4 times a week via Istanbul.
