Sharks Bay is one of the few places in the area where there is a beach with a “walk-in” sea and abundant coral, great for swimming and snorkelling alike. It is also a wonderful area for kids and families and an easy site for learning to dive. A full range of watersports is available including water-skiing and wakeboarding. We have a small supermarket, souvenir shop, dive shop which sells books and postcards and a library supplying books in many languages which are free for our guests to borrow. Within the dive shop is an internet cafe and we have wireless connection throughout Sharks Bay Umbi Diving Village.
Beach Bar
Our beach bar is great during the day for alfresco lunches, coffee, cold drinks and refreshing fruit juices.
Umbi Seafood Restaurant
Our restaurant is located right on the beach and is where your breakfast is served every day. With fantastic views of Tiran Island, it is famous for its fresh fish and seafood dishes but also serves a wide range of meat and vegetarian options.
Bedouin Tent
Our Bedouin Tent is situated next to the seafood restaurant and serves shisha and hot and cold drinks. This is the place where guests congregate at night to relax and enjoy the moonlight over Tiran unless they choose to take the short journey to the bright lights of Naama Bay.
