The reservations office is open from 08:00 until 18:00 from Monday to Friday; the reception is open from 08:00 until midnight daily. For all enquiries please complete the attached form or email us on info@sharksbay.com. We will reply to you as soon as possible. If you have sent us an enquiry on Saturday or Sunday then we will reply as early as possible on Monday. If you have not received a reply within 24 hours it could mean that we have a problem with our connection so please send us a friendly reminder or try our alternative address sharksbayumbidivingvillage@gmail.com. For urgent diving enquiries on Saturday and Sunday please contact the dive centre direct on the mobile number and for urgent reservation enquiries please contact the reception direct.

HOW TO FIND US; Sharks Bay Umbi Diving Village is located 1.5 kms from the international airport, 10 kms north from Naama Bay and 18 kms from the Old Market. If you are making your own way here in a taxi then the easiest direction to give the driver is to take you to “Beit al-Irsh” and then look for our signs. If you are driving here then contact us for a copy of our map with full directions.
